The Sequoia full-size sport utility vehicle continues this year with minor enhancements after gaining a more powerful engine, freshened styling and additional safety features last year. The optional SR5 Sport Package gains standard second-row cloth bucket seats with a center console.
Sequoia is powered by the advanced and smooth 4.7-liter i-Force V8 engine. Equipped with variable valve timing with intelligence (VVT-i) and an electronic throttle control system with intelligence (ETCS-i), the Sequoia V8 produces 273 horsepower and 314 lb-ft. of peak torque. The five-speed automatic transmission provides smooth performance and outstanding flexibility. The Sequoia is EPA-certified as an ultra-low emission vehicle (ULEV).
Sequoia is available in two model grades, the well-equipped SR5 and a Limited model that includes many features and amenities seen in luxury SUVs. Both grades are available in two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive models. Full color-keyed exterior, standard overfenders and taillamps with clear-lens covers give Sequoia a rugged yet sophisticated appearance. Each model grade offers its own exclusive option package for even greater comfort and versatility.
