Sterling Marlin is the defending champion of the TranSouth Financial 400 and Jeff Gordon set the qualifying record of 170.833 mph last spring.
Larry Pearson will defend the Dura-Lube 200 by Pep Boys and Tim Fedewa will attempt to earn the pole position for the second consective year.
