Preferred Materials: Negatives, right reading, emulsion side down

Electronic Submission: All digital ads should be supplied in TIFF/IT-P1 format on a Macintosh formatted 100 MB Zip, 1 GB Jaz disk, CD-ROM, 3.5" 270 MB Syquest, or WAM!NET. The digital files should be prepared according to SWOP digital specifications and requirements. We must receive a color proof of the ad with all disks. Publisher reserves the right to reject unreadable, unusable or damaged files and/or media. Files requiring alteration or modification will be billed at trade rates. Contact production manager for additional guidelines for digital submission.

Line Screens: All colors, 133-line screen recommended. Black & white or 2-color ads, 110 to 120-line screen acceptable.

Color Proofs: One set of progressive proofs, a Cromalin or a Matchprint are acceptable if prepared to SWOP specifications.

Rotation of Colors: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black

Storage of Reproduction Materials: Original reproduction materials left in Publisher’s possession are destroyed twelve months from date of issue unless publisher is notified in writing as to their disposition.
