2000 Nissan Frontier -- Nissan, which was Datson at the time, brought to the US market its first long-bed compact pick-up in 1975 and the first extended-cab back in 1977. For year 2000, Nissan has brought another first, America's first compact-size 4-door Crew Cab. Previously only available in full-size pick-ups, the Frontier Crew Cab has four front-hinged doors with ample rear seat room. The Crew Cab uses a 3.3liter V6, single-overhead-cam that pumps out 170-horsepower, while the King Cab is also offered with a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine.
