2000 Toyota Avalon -- The second generation top-of-the-line Toyota sports a plethora of improvements for its first redesign. Wider and higher, the all-new Kentucky-grown 2000 Avalon has a roomier interior and a quieter ride. The 3.0-liter 24-valve, four-cam aluminum V6 now has Toyota's signature Variable Valve Timing with intelligence (VVT-i) for better performance.
Available as a proactive safety option is the Vehicle Skid Control (VSC) system that has Brake Assist and Traction control, and now standard are four-wheel disk brakes with Anti-lock Braking System (ABS).
