Jaguar North America Appoints New Cultural Marketing ManagerMAHWAH, N.J., Feb. 1 Jaguar North America announces the appointment of Javelyn Ibarra Baldwin to the position of Cultural Marketing manager. Baldwin will report to Michelle Cervantez, vice president of Marketing for Jaguar North America. Baldwin will be responsible for diversity marketing in vehicle launches and marketing initiatives. She will concentrate on long-term planning, strategizing, researching, and scouting of opportunities related to diversity marketing. Previous to joining Jaguar, Baldwin worked at Nissan North America, Inc. as a market representation specialist for the Infiniti division where she was responsible for dealership development and minority dealer candidate recruiting. During her tenure at Nissan, she held several positions in marketing, new media, advertising and consumer affairs. "The commitment to diversity marketing is one of Jaguar's top priorities," comments Michelle Cervantez. "Javelyn's focus on this initiative will bring Jaguar closer to accomplishing the aggressive goals we have set." Baldwin holds a bachelor's degree in public relations from Illinois State University, and an associate's degree in graphic design from Santa Monica. She is fluent in Spanish and French, and currently resides in Newport Beach, CA.
