Modine Board Declares Dividend

    RACINE, Wis.--Jan. 17, 2001--The Modine Manufacturing Company Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share on the outstanding common stock, payable March 8 to all shareholders of record Feb. 26, 2001. Modine has paid quarterly dividends continually since 1959.
