Polk and Conquest Marketing Partner to Help Dealerships Increase Sales
                 Polk to Become Reseller of Prospecting Tool

    FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Jan. 17 Conquest Marketing Corp.,
developers of ProspectManager, a prospecting tool for automotive dealers,
announced today that it has entered into a sales partnership with The Polk
Company, the nation's leading provider of automotive intelligence information.
    Under the terms of the agreement, Polk's Automotive Information Services
group will become a reseller of ProspectManager.  Polk will also provide
national change of address and data enhancement services for the product.
The partnership is expected to significantly heighten ProspectManager's
visibility within the automotive dealership market, drive additional sales to
Polk's Dealer Group and further enhance Polk's already strong position within
the automotive dealership market.
    Specifically, ProspectManager helps dealerships in three ways:  (1) it
increases dealership close rates by executing a fully automated prospect
follow-up program; (2) it reports on a dealership's effectiveness by tracking
the sales efficiency of every salesperson in the organization; and (3) it
automatically creates accurate and robust databases for future prospecting.
The Polk Company will debut ProspectManager at the National Automotive Dealers
Association (NADA) conference held in Las Vegas in early February of 2001.
