NexPrise Solution Serves as Infrastructure Backbone for Program Execution and

    SANTA CLARA, Calif., Jan. 16 NexPrise Inc, the leading

today announced that it has been selected by automotive supplier, Drive Tek
LLC, an independent integrator of driveline systems, as Drive Tek's B2B
program execution system. Drive Tek assumes complete program management
responsibility for optimum driveline systems development and supply chain
integration for passenger cars, light trucks, and sport utility vehicles.
Drive Tek implemented NexPrise's innovative solution to provide valuable
program execution and supply chain integration capabilities, which will result
in increased visibility and speed-to-market for the automakers.
    Drive Tek LLC, an advanced driveline systems joint venture of
Dana Corporation and GKN Automotive, creates a competitive advantage for its
customers and suppliers by merging optimum product applications with Web-based
practices and B2B information exchange technology. The NexPrise solution is
being rolled out at Drive Tek as the standard program execution system around
separate projects for two major vehicle manufacturers in the US and Europe,
both of which involve multiple global suppliers. NexPrise has also been
implemented within several internal projects by Drive Tek's Business Process
Group, including ISO documentation, process definition and documentation, and
intranet system development
