Jason Bonin Joins Hella Lighting Corporation
    PLYMOUTH, Mich., Jan. 16 Jason Bonin has been named vice
president of lighting technology at Hella Lighting Corporation, according to
Joseph V. Borruso, president and CEO of Hella North America, Inc.
    Bonin will be responsible for new product development and manufacturing
engineering and will report directly to Mr. Borruso.  Previously, he was vice
president for engineering at Autosystems Inc. in Belleville, Ont., Canada.
    Bonin holds a master's degree in business administration from the
University of Western Ontario, Canada, and is a registered professional
engineer.  He has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the
University of Ottawa, Canada.
    Bonin lives in Canton, MI, with his wife and three children.
    Hella is a tier one supplier of lighting, electronic equipment, sensors
and complete vehicle front-end modules to the auto industry.  Hella North
