AutoTradeCenter Signs Vehicle Remarketing Agreement With American Suzuki Motor Corp.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--Jan. 16, 2001--AutoTradeCenter (OTCBB: AUTC) Tuesday announced that it has entered into a 12-month web-enhanced vehicle remarketing agreement with American Suzuki Motor Corp. (ASMC).
This agreement is designed to expedite the official launch of the Suzuki Program Remarketing Online (PROline) Web site to over 400 Suzuki franchise dealers nationwide. The PROline system provides an Internet remarketing channel for the sale of Suzuki vehicles returning from national daily rental fleets.
Suzuki plans on utilizing PROline to remarket its annual retired rental portfolio of approximately 10,000 vehicles.
PROline has been in pilot since September 2000 and ASMC is speeding up the national rollout due to the pilot's success among its dealers.
Tim Finley, fleet and remarketing manager at Suzuki stated, "We are compelled to deliver this tool to our dealers for two reasons:

    1. Success of the pilot proved that remarketing rental vehicles
online is good business for Suzuki and our dealers, and

    2. The overwhelmingly positive response from all of our dealers
who attended our national dealer business meeting in Las Vegas
this past November, where our dealers tested the PROline
    firsthand."

AutoTradeCenter Vice President of Marketing and President of Remarketing Services, Colette Marcilliat commented, "During Suzuki's national dealer business meeting, we were thrilled with the dealer's response to PROline. Over 200 Suzuki dealers registered for PROline during that meeting. They want the PROline launched.
"Suzuki is taking advantage of the full spectrum of ATC expertise: aggressive target marketing and process specific technology. It is a privilege to be an integral part of their remarketing strategy."
Finley further commented, "The initial pilot success was just the beginning. The PROline will be actively marketed to all our franchise dealers by the PROline support team at ATC. Plus, our vehicles will be offered to those dealers from many locations, including our approximate 35 auction partners, who have embraced our remarketing vision."
"This is another milestone for ATC," stated Roger L. Butterwick, president of AutoTradeCenter. "The remarketing of rental vehicles requires utmost speed, flexibility and expert marketing. The ATCadvantage is designed to meet all of these requirements. As the success of the Suzuki pilot proves, ATCadvantage delivers the tools and support necessary for today's successful remarketer."
