Change in Autoliv's Management

    STOCKHOLM, Sweden--Jan. 15, 2001--Hans Biorck, the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Finance of Autoliv Inc. has accepted the offer to assume a similar position with Skanska AB, a company with US $12 billion in revenues and 80,000 employees.
    He will leave his current position in the second quarter.
    Autoliv Inc. with US $ 3.8 billion in sales and 30,000 employees is the world-leading manu-facturer of automotive safety systems, supplying all major automotive manufacturers in the world. The Company has eight technical centers around the world, including 19 test tracks, more than any other automotive safety supplier. The company's shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange and its Swedish Depositary Receipts on the OM Stockholm Stock Exchange (SSE:ALIV.).
