(AVIS) and WorldCell have partnered to provide AVIS customers traveling abroad
with WorldCell's international cellular phone services.  WorldCell provides
constant accessibility in over 110 countries worldwide.  The program supplies
AVIS customers renting cars in Europe with a WorldCell international cellular
