EWRX Realigns Board for 2001

    BELLINGHAM, Wash., Jan. 12 EWRX Internet Systems, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: EWRX) today announced it has accepted the resignations of
Mr. Richard Ott and Mr. Dan Jondron from the Board of Directors -- effective
immediately.  Ron Davis continues to serve as President and C.E.O.  William
Wilson continues to serve as secretary and will assume duties as treasurer on
an interim basis.
    "As the company makes the transition, utilizing its content/community, to
revenue-generating e-commerce, we are realigning all aspects of our business
to better respond to the challenges before us," said Ron Davis.  "We are
grateful for the contributions Dick Ott and Dan Jondron provided to the Board
of Directors.  Mr. Jondron retains significant ownership in the company and
will continue to work with the company and AutoParts, Etc. in the overall
development of BigBadCatalog.com.  Mr. Ott will continue as a consultant to
the company."
