Alottafun! Inc. Reduces Debt
    WEST BEND, Wis., Jan. 12 Michael Porter, CEO of Venture
Development, Inc., formerly Alottafun! Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: ALFN)
(Frankfurt: AZE) announced today that as part of their technology initiative
into the scrap tire recycling industry, they will be retiring some debt, and
converting other debt into equity.
    Michael Porter, CEO, stated that, "We intend to eliminate almost all of
our debt over the next 30 days, in order to strengthen our balance sheet and
maximize our future potential.  Additionally, the elimination of some of the
debt will bring added value to our shareholders and should be reflected in the
price of our publicly traded stock.  Our intentions are to build the company
and provide value to our stockholders."
    Alottafun! Inc., now Venture Development Inc., in stride with its new
identity and corporate focus, is in the business of acquiring, developing and
consolidating revenue generating companies that have profits and assets, or
