eWinWin Announces Board of Advisors

    CLEVELAND--Jan. 12, 2001--eWinWin, the leader in providing demand aggregation solutions for B2B applications, officially announced today the formation of its Board of Advisors. "We are very pleased to have these accomplished individuals participating in the strategic direction of our company," stated Greg Mesaros, founder & CEO of eWinWin. Coupled with this knowledge is a deep understanding of multiple vertical industries, many of the same industries we plan to offer our Demand Aggregation System (DAS) technology."

    eWinWin announces the members as follows:

    Mr. Tom Tyrrell - Vice Chairman

    Mr. Tyrrell served as Chief Executive Officer of Republic Technologies International, the newly formed company resulting from the merger of Republic Engineered Steels, Bar Technologies and USS/KOBE. His 34-year history in the steel industry also includes holding the title Chief Executive Officer of American Steel & Wire and overseeing the restart of four steel plants that produced high-quality rod, wire and bar products. Mr. Tyrrell was the former Vice Chairman and Chief Administrative Officer of Birmingham Steel, and two years later became Commercial Executive Vice President responsible for all administrative and commercial activities. Mr. Tyrrell is a member of the boards of trustees of Elmhurst College and Baldwin-Wallace College, and is a member of five industry organizations including the Cold Finished Bar Institute and the Forging Industry Association. Mr. Tyrrell earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Elmhurst College and was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Baldwin-Wallace College.

    Mr. William R. Seelbach

    Mr. Seelbach is currently the President of Brush Wellman Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Brush Engineered Materials Inc. . Prior to joining Brush Wellman in 1998, Mr. Seelbach was the Chairman and CEO of Inverness Partners, a limited liability company whose purpose was to acquire midwestern manufacturing companies. From 1975 to 1986, Mr. Seelbach was a member and then a partner with the international management consulting firm of McKinsey & Company. Mr. Seelbach was the founding President of Cleveland Tomorrow, an economic development organization composed of the CEOs of Cleveland's 50 largest for-profit organizations. During his tenure as President, Mr. Seelbach and Cleveland Tomorrow created what is now a $200 million venture capital fund, started a major business/university consortium to develop new manufacturing technologies, and set up an organization to provide consulting assistance and incubator space for high-growth new ventures. Mr. Seelbach holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Operations Research from Yale University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

    Dr. Mohan Reddy

    Dr. Reddy has served as advisor to eWinWin since December of 1999. Dr. Reddy is the Nancy and Joseph Keithley Professor of Technology Management at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Reddy's work on institutional infrastructure and mechanisms that lead to successful commercialization of technology has been published in a range of American and European journals. Dr. Reddy has worked with the International Standards Organization (ISO), Organization for Economic Cooperation & Development (OECD), European Standards Organization, and a wide range of industrial firms in the United States, Europe and Southeast Asia. Dr. Reddy has been involved with a variety of successful start-up ventures, including two Internet companies.
