Modem Media Selected by Michelin Division in Multi-Year Agreement to Provide Internet CRM Strategy and ServicesNORWALK, Conn., Jan. 10 Modem Media , the exclusive builder and marketer of customer-focused Me-businesssm solutions, today announced that it has been selected by Michelin North America to drive the development and implementation of Internet initiatives for its Passenger Car and Light Truck Division, Michelin Americas Small Tires (MAST).
