Bob Ohm to Head Response As AAA Completes Executive Search

    ORLANDO, Fla.--Jan. 10, 2001--Bob Ohm, newly named executive vice president of RESPONSE Services Center, LLC, will assume interim leadership of AAA's telematics subsidiary, while a replacement is named for outgoing RESPONSE president, Daniel Dickerson, AAA announced today.
    Ohm, who joined RESPONSE in 2000, previously served as vice president of Operations at RESPONSE with responsibility for call center operations.
    Ohm's previous experience includes a 28-year US Navy career. He has extensive call center experience, including vice president of operations at Westinghouse Security Systems, which pioneered Lincoln RESCU during his tenure. A search for a new RESPONSE president is underway.
    Dickerson was acknowledged by AAA vice president of Automotive Services, Marshall Doney, for his many contributions to building AAA's telematics capabilities.
