Chairman, CEO and President J.T. Battenberg III, and Chief Financial Officer
Alan S. Dawes, will host a briefing to discuss the company's fourth quarter
2000 and calendar year consolidated financial results at 1:00 p.m. EST on
Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2001.  Delphi will provide a broadcast of the quarterly
meeting for the general public via a live audio webcast.
    A press release highlighting Delphi's fourth quarter earnings will be
issued at 7:30 a.m. and will be available through the Investor Relations page
of Delphi's web site at http://www.delphiauto.com .
    The webcast will begin in conjunction with the meeting at 1 p.m. and may
also be accessed through the Investor Relations page of http://www.delphiauto.com .
A replay of the webcast will be available in the audio archive section of the
