agentGO and mvion Sign Technology Agreement
AUSTIN, Texas--Jan. 8, 2001--agentGO(tm), a mobile decision support solutions provider, announced today it has signed an alliance agreement with mvion Inc., a wireless infrastructure software developer.agentGO and mvion have agreed to jointly develop and market wireless software applications to Global 2000 enterprises.
Under this agreement, agentGO will leverage mvion's Mobile Navigator(tm) to provide mobile professionals with the ability to navigate complex database information using wireless mobile devices.
In turn, mvion will use agentGO's mobile application platform, agentWORKS(tm), and its field force automation, sales force automation and customer relationship management (CRM) applications, to provide mvion's enterprise customers with one-way and two-way notification and messaging capabilities.
Together, agentGO and mvion will target customers within specific vertical markets to deliver robust feature-rich enterprise wireless applications.

mvion's Mobile Navigator enables mobile users to access data wirelessly, and provides dynamic, real-time interactive menus that help users quickly navigate through vast amounts of information. These menus allow the mobile user to drill-down and find the relevant information that he or she is seeking with few commands.
By integrating mvion's technology, mobile professionals using agentGO's platform will be able to quickly locate critical information in corporate databases. In addition, mvion's customers will be afforded the ability to send data via e-mail or fax messages and alerts.
