Graves has joined the company as chief financial officer (CFO).Graves comes to NetVendor from Atlanta-based Cypress Communications where he served as president for the company, a position he maintained since September 1998. Prior to that, Graves served Cypress Communications in the position of chief operating officer and CFO.
"Mark truly rounds-out the experience of our management team. His addition shows that we are committed to building a B2B e-commerce company that is in business for the long haul," said Sean McCloskey, president and CEO, NetVendor. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University.
"I am very much looking forward to my role at NetVendor as CFO. The company's focus, direction and its team put it among the B2B e-commerce leaders by any measure," said Graves. "With incredible financing, blue-chip partners like Commerce One, an excellent staff and customer base, and a sound vertical strategy in automotive, aerospace, electronics and general industry, I have no doubt I am going to the right company at the right time," Graves added.
