Logic Solutions Creates New ArvinMeritor Web Site

    ANN ARBOR, Mich., Jan. 2 ArvinMeritor, Inc. , a
$7.7-billion global transportation supplier created by the merger of Meritor
Automotive, Inc. and Arvin Industries, Inc. has launched its new web site,
http://www.arvinmeritor.com .  ArvinMeritor worked with Logic Solutions, Inc., to
design, build, and launch the new site in time for its first day of business
as a new corporation.

    Site serves customers, investors, media, and other target audiences
    The multifunctional web site promotes ArvinMeritor's new identity and
provides company and product information through special sections designed for
customers, the financial community, the media, employees, and the general
public worldwide.  The site carries over product-related content from the
previous Arvin and Meritor sites, now framed with the ArvinMeritor logo and
new corporate look and feel. Site visitors will find:
