411 New Dealerships Join Supplier Network, Total Dealer Franchises Tops 2,000 Parts.com Releases TradeMotion 3.3
        New Features Include Auctions and Insurance Claims Procurement

    SANFORD, Fla., Jan. 2 Parts.com, Inc.
(Stock Symbol: MIRM), a marketplace and software solutions provider for the
automotive parts industry, announced the addition of 411 new dealerships
raising the total dealership distribution tops 2,000 and continues a
remarkable ramp-up of distribution points.
    The dealership lines added since December 18 total: 212 Chevrolet,
Pontiac, GMC, Buick, Oldsmobile and Cadillac dealerships;
49 Chrysler/Plymouth, Dodge and Jeep dealerships; 53 Ford, Lincoln, Mercury
dealerships; 96 import dealerships and 1 Saturn dealership.
    "Parts.com has started the new year with more than 2,000 dealerships in
our rapidly growing distribution network and we are well on our way to
reaching our goal of 3,000 dealerships before the NADA (National Automotive
Dealership Association) convention in Las Vegas next month, stated Shawn D.
Lucas, CEO and President.  "Our goal for first quarter is to grow our
distribution to 6,000 by the end of March; increase OEM part order flow to
those dealers with the launch of our Direct2DMS localized and national parts
locating system; allow for the local procurement of aftermarket parts to those
dealerships to increase parts & service margins and to become cash-flow
positive," concluded Mr. Lucas.
    Parts.com also announced the release of TradeMotion 3.3 which includes
auctions for wholesale and retail customers  allowing dealerships to move
excess or obsolescent parts; an insurance claims area ("claims") for body
shops and insurance company's to build an order sheet based upon our catalog
for the location, availability and procurement of OEM parts; and more than
50 enhancements in the back-office software TradeMotion Octane.
