Napier Appoints New Director

    VANCOUVER, B.C.--Dec. 22, 2000--Napier International Technologies Inc. is very pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. F. Michael Marti as a new director of the Company to replace former director Stephen Davis.
    Mr. Marti is the President of Aimtronics Corporation, the wholly owned operating subsidiary of AimGlobal Technologies Company Inc., a significant manufacturer of electronics, with five plants located across North America and rapidly increasing sales (over $80 million for the six months ended September 30, 2000, representing a 127% increase from the prior year). Deloitte & Touche has recently ranked the company among the top 500 fastest growing technology companies in North America, adding to other recognition awards received by the company. Aimtronics serves the Aerospace, Medical, Wireless, Communications, Industrial, Military and Emergency services markets.
    Napier welcomes Mr. Marti's direct and relevant experience in a rapidly expanding public company, serving a wide variety of industries and retail markets. His knowledge and experience in U.S. Securities filing will be of value to our management team, and he has been instrumental in identifying several major acquisitions and facilitating the integration of their operations into Aimtronics.
