    TROY, Mich., Dec. 22 Automotive Technical Resources, Inc.

information delivery systems, announced today its strategic partnership with
Tools For Education, Inc. a leading provider of Internet
and software-based applications, including interactive web sites for shop

    Tools For Education, Inc. will enhance ATRi's ATRisys(TM) Systems by
supplying custom web site applications for automotive repair facilities, which
not only includes an interactive high tech web site, but also an online
