DaimlerChrysler Corporation Appoints Kenneth I. Gluckman, Vice President & Associate General Counsel - Product LitigationAUBURN HILLS, Mich., Dec. 21 DaimlerChrysler Corporation has announced the appointment of Kenneth I. Gluckman as Vice President & Associate General Counsel - Product Litigation, effective immediately. Gluckman reports to William J. O'Brien, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. In this position, Gluckman, 53, is responsible for DaimlerChrysler's Product Litigation activities worldwide. Most recently, he was Assistant General Counsel - Product Litigation. "Ken's extensive experience in product litigation will help us to streamline the operations of the Product Litigation group and to facilitate the discovery process under new and proposed Safety Act amendments," said O'Brien. Gluckman joined DaimlerChrysler in 1978 as Senior Attorney for the former American Motors Corporation. Since that time, he has held increasingly responsible positions in the General Counsel's office in the area of product liability litigation. Gluckman holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester and a J.D. from Wayne State University.
