Insurance.com Selects InsureZone's Private-Label Fulfillment Services to Expedite Online Transactions

    FORT WORTH, Texas--Dec. 20, 2000--

Affiliate of Fidelity Investments(R) Chooses InsureZone's "Clicks and Mortar" Approach to Complete Quote Requests and Policy Delivery

InsureZone (www.insurezone.com), the full- service insurance solutions provider, announced today that it has entered into a private-label partnership with Insurance.com(SM) (www.insurance.com), an affiliate of Fidelity Investments(R).
InsureZone, known for its "clicks and mortar" insurance solution that is enabling banks and Web portals to easily sell insurance under their own brands, will serve Insurance.com's personal auto insurance customers across a significant majority of the U.S. population.
"We are delighted that the fulfillment aspect of InsureZone's "bricks and mortar" strategy warrants the trust of Insurance.com in serving the 17 million customers of Fidelity Investments, and the general public," said Rusty Reid, president of InsureZone. "This partnership further confirms across the marketplace that InsureZone can help companies like Insurance.com successfully service their customers."
InsureZone is funded by, among others, Buena Venture Associates and well-known Texas financier Sid R. Bass.
