eAutoclaims.com Unveils Appraiser eLink(TM) to Insurance Claims Industry
PALM HARBOR, Fla., Dec. 19 eAutoclaims.com(TM)
(OTC Bulletin Board: EACC) introduced Appraiser eLink(TM) to the market today.
The new Internet application enables field staff or independent adjusters to
upload completed appraisal assignments and photos to the desktops of insurance
company staff regardless of the estimating software being utilized. The
application enables each insurance company staff adjuster to monitor
turnaround time, average paid loss, and average loss adjustment expense with a
personalized "Data Repair Center" all in real-time.
Eric Seidel, president and CEO of eAutoclaims commented, "This product has
been in development for sometime, and may be utilized with our existing
"Bricks to Clicks(TM)" Internet Claims system, or it can be used as a stand
alone application. This application is very powerful, yet simple to use.
Appraiser eLink(TM) has been successfully beta tested with one of our clients
and is now ready for a major rollout over the coming weeks."
The company has priced the product with no upfront development charges,
except a small one time $22 license fee used by the field staff or an
Independent Adjuster; it's fee structure is based on a small upload charge,
the actual amount is determined by the users volume.
The product can be hosted on the company's server, or can be hosted by the
client servers and follows the model of a true ASP. "We do a certain amount of
customizing for the client free of additional charges. The product is made to
look like the clients and the upload site is not shared with other insurance
companies," stated Gaver Powers, CIO for eAutoclaims.com. "It is a great
product for carrier or TPA who is using Independent Adjusters and wants to
have them connect on-line or an insurance company who has their own field
staff and does not want an expensive system. The product provides the
insurance company or TPA with real-time reports."
