Microsoft Corp. to Sponsor Automotive Computer Technology Showcase at SAE CongressWARRENDALE, Pa., Dec. 15 Microsoft Corp. will sponsor the Automotive Computer Technology (ACT) Showcase at the 2001 Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) World Congress being held at Cobo Center in Detroit, March 5-8, 2001. The ACT Showcase is a unique part of the SAE Congress Exhibition of more than 1200 automotive supplier companies. Firms like FreeMarkets Inc., SRI International, B2Emarkets, and Covisint will display advanced electronic technology as applied to the automotive industry. Approximately 50 exhibitors will cover 8500 square feet in Michigan Hall as part of the ACT Showcase.
