Ultra Motorcycle Co. Secures Extension On Promissory Note

    MIRA LOMA, Calif.--Dec. 14, 2000--Bikers Dream Inc. , which operates under the name Ultra Motorcycle Co., Wednesday announced that:
    William Whalen has executed a written agreement to extend the maturity date on his amended and restated promissory note to March 31, 2001. The note, in the principal amount of $156,638, and bearing interest at the rate of 12 percent per annum, came due on March 31, 2000. Since that time, Whalen has informally agreed with the company to extend the maturity date beyond March 31, 2000.
    Negotiations are continuing with Whalen to extend the maturity date to June 2002.
    Ultra Motorcycle Co. is a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of high-quality, American-made heavyweight cruiser motorcycles. Ultra's models include the Sledgehammer, Fat Pounder, Ground Pounder, Ground Pounder ST, Avenger, Jackhammer ST, Wide One, Wide Two and Titanium Series I.
    All of the Ultra models are manufactured at the company's corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility in Mira Loma. Ultra motorcycles are distributed through a nationwide dealer network.
