Texas Tea Expands Its Bay Area Onsite Automotive Service to Spieker Properties Tenants
   Tenants and Employees to Gain Free Time and Convenience Using Texas Tea

    SAN JOSE, Calif., Dec. 13 Texas Tea Inc., Silicon Valley's
premiere automotive, web-enabled service company, announced today that it has
added Spieker Properties, Inc. to its growing list of companies choosing
onsite automotive services as a tenant and/or employee benefit.  The first
Spieker property to offer Texas Tea Service in the Bay Area is The Concourse,

currently considering implementing these services at other projects in
