    DUBUQUE, Iowa--Dec. 13, 2000--Flexsteel Industries, Inc. announces its second quarter dividend of $ .13 per share payable January 3, 2001 to shareholders on record as of December 21, 2000. Flexsteel has paid cash dividends each year since 1938 on its common stock. This is the 236th consecutive cash dividend.
