Design Forum Develops New Image for Ford Quality Care Division
DAYTON, Ohio--Dec. 11, 2000--Design Forum develops a new image for Ford Motor Company Quality Care Division service centers that reminds customers that no one knows their cars better than Ford. Two new service centers in Michigan were completed with the new design -- Russ Milne on North Gratiot in Clinton Township, and Avis Ford on Telegraph Road in Southfield, Michigan.Design Forum created lifestyle graphics speaking to the human side of the Quality Care division, touching on the brand's history, safety-consciousness and well-trained technicians. A brightened atmosphere highlights and modernizes the interiors using Ford's traditional blue with touches of white, gray and yellow. New fixtures feature round-perf metal bottoms accented with a warm yellow wood-look laminate, enhancing the comfortable personality of the Quality Care center.
"We developed a consistent and appropriate brand identity with visual cues depicting the company's long heritage of high-quality service," said Scott Jeffrey, Sr. Vice President of Design and Planning. "The brand identity works from location to location as seen in the Clinton Township and Southfield service centers. In fact, the elements are being made available to dealers across the country, the first quarter of 2001."
