    ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--Dec. 11, 2000--TeleServices Internet Group Inc. (OTCBB:TIGI), also known as TSIG.com, today announced that Pennzoil-Quaker State Company has selected GeneralSearch.Com as its exclusive Internet partner for the Pennzoil(R) NCAA Final Four(R) "Get in the Game" promotion in connection with the NCAA(R) College Basketball Tournament. The promotion will run from December 15, 2000 to March 30, 2001.
    Pennzoil will promote the GeneralSearch.Com search engine and portal, and its free Internet access, on approximately 50 million individual quarts and four million cases of Pennzoil(R) motor oil, to be sold in major national retailers, including PepBoys, Walmart, K-Mart, and Discount Auto Parts.
    Consumers will go to MyPennzoil.com, a dynamic site created and powered by GeneralSearch.Com to participate in the promotion. All consumers who visit the site and register for the promotion are eligible to receive GeneralSearch.Com's free Internet access for one year, and a personalized myGeneralSearch/Pennzoil page, a proprietary feature of GeneralSearch.Com.
    Other prizes include NCAA Final Four(R) hats, electronic video games, and Official NCAA(R) basketballs. In addition, all consumers who participate will be eligible to win the Grand Prize for a VIP trip to the Final Four(R) Tournament in Minneapolis MN. No purchase is necessary to participate in this sweepstakes.
