Titan Announces Dividend for the Fourth Quarter of 2000

    QUINCY, Ill., Dec. 8 The Board of Directors of Titan
International, Inc. has approved a quarterly cash dividend of
$.015 (one and a half cents) per common share for the fourth quarter of 2000.
The dividend is payable January 12, 2001, to stockholders of record on
December 29, 2000.
