Ensera and AutocheX Announce Strategic Partnership
ORLANDO, Fla.--Dec. 8, 2000--Ensera, the automotive claims industry's leading provider of end-to-end process automation solutions, today announced a strategic partnership with AutocheX.
Founded in 1989, AutocheX is the automotive claims industry's leading consumer satisfaction research provider, processing 50,000 consumer surveys per month. In addition to surveying consumers following an automotive claim, AutocheX has developed a wide variety of market research capabilities, including surveys of repairers to gauge supplier satisfaction, employee surveys to measure management effectiveness, and many others. This broad product offering has allowed AutocheX to develop a massive data warehouse of industry performance that contains information on more than one million vehicle claims.
