Delphi to Broadcast 2001 Business and Financial Outlook Via Webcast    

            Chairman and Chief Financial Officer to Host Briefing

    TROY, Mich., Dec. 6 Delphi Automotive Systems
Chairman, CEO and President J.T. Battenberg III, and Chief Financial Officer
Alan S. Dawes, will host a briefing for security analysts and media
representatives to discuss Delphi's business and financial outlook for 2001 at
9 a.m. EST on Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2000.  Delphi will provide a broadcast of the
meeting for the general public via a live audio webcast.
