    PALM HARBOR, Fla., Dec. 6 eAutoclaims.com(TM)
(OTC Bulletin Board: EACC) today announced the signing of a 10 year
distribution agreement with CompEst Estimating Solutions.  CompEst Estimating
Solutions, Columbus, Ohio, is a developer of quality windows based collision
estimating software.  eAutoclaims will offer the software to their
2,200 nationwide network of contracted collision repair facilities.  The
software will be part of the company's network Member Benefits program.
    "We have been testing CompEst's estimating software for over 90 days and
have run hundreds of comparative estimates on the system.  The results have
been impressive and with the input of our staff auditors the product has all
of the needed functionality for meeting the needs of our clients," commented

    The company will begin marketing the product to their national repair
network at preferred pricing with a monthly subscription fee under $200.  The
product enhances the company's ability to review estimates programmatically,
however all estimates will continue to be reviewed by a live physical damage
expert.  The enhancement is expected to further reduce cycle time and enhance
reporting capabilities.
    The agreement enables both companies to work exclusively with each other
preventing the two from working with competing entities. It has giving the
companies' tremendous centergies that is expected to foster other business
projects.
