Fitch Issues Presale Rpt On Chase Manhattan Auto Owner Trust 2000-A

    NEW YORK--Dec. 5, 2000--Fitch has issued a presale report on `Chase Manhattan Auto Owner Trust 2000-A' discussing the rating analysis behind Fitch's expected `AAA' ratings on the class A notes and `A' ratings on the certificates. The 2000-A transaction represents Chase Automotive Finance's first return to the public term auto securitization market since 1998. The securities are backed by a pool of retail installment sales contracts secured by new and used automobiles and light duty trucks.
