Ensera, the automotive claims industry leader in providing scalable and reliable business systems, and CARSTAR, the collision industry's leading franchise organization with more than 270 locations, today announced a partnership agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, Ensera will make available to CARSTAR repair facilities customized versions of its suite of information management solutions.
