    On Wednesday, Dec. 13, the Auto Club turns 100. To celebrate, we're debuting our brand-new car culture map of Los Angeles with a special bus tour (we couldn't find a car big enough for all of you) of some of the top car culture landmarks. From drive-ins topped by giant doughnuts to the first true supermarket, it's a chance to see how the car shaped Los Angeles.

WHERE:  Tour starts at Auto Club Headquarters, 2601 S. Figueroa,
        Los Angeles

WHEN:   Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2000, at 9:30 a.m.
        (Bus will return at 2 p.m.)
