S&P Announces Teleconference on Oracle Gamma Special Purpose Co.
    TOKYO, Dec. 5 Standard & Poor's will hold a telephone
conference call on Friday, Dec. 8, 2000, at 4 p.m. in Tokyo, to discuss Oracle
Gamma Special Purpose Co.'s JPY34.4 billion securitization of auto loans
originated by Orient Corp. (Orico).  The notes are secured by senior
beneficiary certificates from a trust created by Orico with Mizuho Trust &
Banking Co. Ltd.  Orico contributed a pool of about JPY40 billion of auto loan
receivables to the trust.  This transaction marks Orico's third auto loan
securitization under the Japan's Law Regarding Securitization of Specified
Assets by Special Purpose Companies.  The conference call will be conducted in
Japanese, and will be led by Robin Moriyama, Rating Analyst in Standard &
Poor's Structured Finance Ratings Group in Tokyo, and Kenji Kondo, Director of
Standard & Poor's Structured Finance Ratings Group in Tokyo.  The telephone
