Ford Motor Company Gains Insight and Performance with Ambeo's Ionwhy eService; Implementation Allows Performance Measurement and Analysis of Critical CRM Initiative
ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--Dec. 4, 2000--Ambeo (formerly Pine Cone Systems), a leading provider of eBusiness performance management services and technology, today announced that Ford Motor Company , a worldwide leader in automotive manufacturing and financing, has chosen Ambeo's (i)onwhy eService to ensure optimal performance of its Teradata environment.Ford will use the (i)onwhy MSP model as a performance measurement and analysis component in its newly implemented CRM initiative. The company will track dormant data, usability, and other performance factors on its five Teradata machines to more fully understand historical and real-time trends, troubleshoot application performance, and optimize performance.
