    HONG KONG, Dec. 1 The Board of China Tire e-commerce.com
Limited ("China Tire" or the "Company") announced that Mr. Feng
Chuan Chia ("Mr. Feng") resigned as an independent director of the Company
with effect from 1st December, 2000.  The board extends its appreciation to
Mr. Feng for his past contribution to the Company.
