USF Worldwide Logistics Appoints Chief Financial Officer
ITASCA, Ill.--Nov. 30, 2000--USF Worldwide Logistics, a subsidiary of USFreightways Corporation, announced today the appointment of Jan Christiansen to the position of Vice President and CFO. In this new position Christiansen will be functionally responsible for the finance, accounting, human resources, risk and legal activities of the USF Worldwide Logistics business group.Christiansen joins USF from Panalpina where he was most recently Chief Financial Officer for their North American business. Jan has worked in a variety of financial functions for Panalpina and EAC in the US, Denmark, Brazil and China.
