    NEW YORK, Nov. 30 Torvec, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TOVC)
announced today that its President Keith Gleasman and Director Jim Gleasman
were featured in an interview at CEOcast.com, a leading on-line financial
site. In the interview, the Company discussed its recently announced Agreement
to acquire Ice Surface Development, Inc.
