    SAN LEANDRO, Calif.--Nov. 29, 2000--Your Business On-line Inc. (YBO) announced it signed a major contract with a leading Chinese automobile manufacturer to develop one of the first emarketplace b2b platforms for the automobile industry.
    YBO, the world's first Ebusiness Service Provider (ESP), provides ASP efrastructure for emarketplaces, b2b platforms and ecommerce enabler technologies. YBO also offers legacy system integration and IT outsourcing for special projects. The company boasts 450-plus small and medium enterprise (SME) customers in both the US and China markets.
    Chang An Car Manufacture Limited is one of the five major auto manufacturers in China. It is developing a b2b emarketplace platform for use by its network of 1000-plus sales offices, 500-plus repair companies, 500-plus suppliers and 800,000-plus customers.
    YBO was selected by Chang An as one of a small group of technology providers to develop this project, including Cisco, Hewlett-Packard, Oracle and IBM. The cost of the project is estimated by official sources to be in excess of $50M Yuan (approximately U.S. $6.5M). The project is expected to commence in the New Year.
