Ensera Acquires Leading Independent Appraisal Management Software Application From Complete Claims Service LLC
REDWOOD SHORES, Calif.--Nov. 29, 2000--Ensera Inc., the leader in enabling technology for the automotive collision claims marketplace, today announced the acquisition of Complete Claims Management System, the industry's most complete and comprehensive software application for managing Independent Appraisal operations.
Ensera is currently working to enhance and improve the application in order to fully integrate it with Ensera's "iON Connection," Ensera's next-generation Internet-based product providing a state-of-the-art solution to the automotive claims and collision repair marketplace. Complete Claims Management System will be released as Ensera's iON Independence in the first quarter of 2001.
The interactive solutions offered by Ensera provide the ability to streamline the claims process and help get consumers back in their vehicle faster. iON Independence will add functionality to the Ensera suite of solutions that is specific to the Independent Appraisal Industry, including:

The Complete Claims Management System software application was acquired from Mark Nathan, president of Complete Claims Services LLC of New York, one of the largest Independent Appraiser operations. Nathan has been involved in the development of software for the industry for more than 12 years with the last three years devoted to the design and development of the Complete Claims Management System.
