CMS Management Services of South Bend, Ind., Changes Name

    AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Nov. 29 MSX International, Inc.
announced today that CMS Management Services in South Bend, Ind., will change
its name on Dec. 1.  This identity change follows MSX International's
acquisition of CMS Management Services earlier this year.
    As MSX International, the former CMS Management Services IT business will
continue to provide a variety of information technology staffing solutions and
offer experienced contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire personnel.
    The components of this office that provide contract and direct-hire
placements for financial and administrative personnel, as well as career
management services, will change its name to CMS/Ascend and remain part of MSX
International.
