Ascend IT of Nashville, Tenn., Changes Name to MSX International

    AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Nov. 29 MSX International, Inc.
announced today that its Ascend IT staffing office in Nashville, Tenn., will
formally change its name to MSX International on Dec. 1 and merge with their
IT Services division.  This identity change follows MSX International's
acquisition of Ascend earlier this year.
    As MSX International, the former Ascend office will continue to provide
staffing services and solutions to clients in the Nashville area.  The office
offers experienced contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire personnel with
technical skills in the information technology field.
    MSX International will continue to offer financial staffing and direct
placement services through its CMS/Ascend division.  CMS/Ascend provides
financial and accounting staffing services and direct placement services
throughout the Midwest, including Nashville.
